    Led the creative and strategy process from concept to execution against current and new business opportunities for a number of clients including Amy’s Kitchen, Central Park Conservancy, Dell, ED&F Man/Volcafe, EmblemHealth, Google Fiber, Part of the Solution (POTS), PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sage, Sanofi, The Genuine Origin Coffee Project, and UPS. Ensures work meets the highest standards of quality.

  • Formulated creative strategy and strategic creative to activate a brand campaign across all platforms (traditional, digital, mobile, social, event) for EmblemHealth aimed at driving visits to local EmblemHealth Neighborhood Care centers in Q1-Q3 and improving enrollment in Q4. Data capture at Neighborhood Care centers and local activations increased 250% from the previous year. Visits to Neighborhood Care locations more than tripled. New user sign-ups increased 18% and customer retention increased to 94% (versus industry average of 84%).
  • Established creative vision and launched all global advertising and marketing aspects for The Genuine Origin Coffee Project on time and in budget including but not limited to brand identity and marketing collateral, print and digital design, social media management, and photography and video production across thirteen countries exceeding revenue projections by approximately 27% within the first six months and 150% in the second year.
  • Directed the digital relaunch for Amy's Kitchen. Led the website redesign decreasing the bounce rate from 58% to 15% and increasing site visit time from less than 1 minute to 4+ minutes. Managed the design and implementation of Amy's Kitchen social media launch increasing inbound site traffic by 31% and social media engagement by 200% per post.
  • Successfully designed and implemented a brand experience campaign involving print, out-of-home, radio, mobile, social and online advertising to generate brand awareness of and affinity for EmblemHealth by promoting free programs and activities, open enrollment information, and health and wellness consulting.

    Oversaw creative and creative processes for AOR clients Chevron and JPMorgan Chase. Led the development of creative ideas and their evolution into scalable end-to-end solutions. Identified strategic, creative, and workflow opportunities to build both the internal team's delivery as well as the client’s competitive position in the market place. Trained and mentored 30 direct reports.

  • Spearheaded the Agency's first cross-functional team to develop and execute fully integrated campaigns and solutions—traditional, digital, social, mobile, direct, and experiential advertising—for clients like J.P. Morgan, Kraft, and U.S. Olympic Committee.
  • Pioneered the design and implementation of the Agency's digital, mobile, and social practice resulting in numerous awards including "Agency of the Year" for 2009 and 2011.
  • Led the creation and design of the most successful social media philanthropy campaign for Chase Bank, Chase Community Giving, generating more than 4 million followers and $30MM in grants to over 500 local charities across all 50 states.
  • Managed the design and execution of a 360 campaign for Chase bank's Liquid Card resulting in more than 300K sign ups in the first six months with an earned engagement rate of 9%.
  • Oversaw the delivery of the Motorola Droid digital campaign delivering a click thru rates of more than three times the industry average and 200% above project goals.
  • Contributed to the growth of more than $30MM of new revenue over five years by identifying new areas of opportunity through other forms of media for clients.
